2 2/3 cup flour
3/4 cup of oil (you can use any type of oil but I use a extra-light virgin olive oil)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons of cold water. (add last)
This will make enough crust for one pie to have a top and bottom crust. I mix it in a mixing bowl and stir with a large wooden spoon until it gets pliable enough to knead with my hand.
I then separate it out in to two equal halves and roll out with a rolling pin on wax paper. If you put another sheet of wax paper on top of the dough it will roll out easier. Roll out both halves.
