Pie Crust Recipe without Crisco

Crust –
2 2/3 cup flour
3/4 cup of oil (you can use any type of oil but I use a extra-light virgin olive oil)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons of cold water. (add last)
This will make enough crust for one pie to have a top and bottom crust. I mix it in a mixing bowl and stir with a large wooden spoon until it gets pliable enough to knead with my hand.
I then separate it out in to two equal halves and roll out with a rolling pin on wax paper. If you put another sheet of wax paper on top of the dough it will roll out easier. Roll out both halves.

Since it’s made with olive oil and it’s “healthy” …. can I just make a big batch of it and roll up the dough into little balls, dip the raw dough in sugar, and have a snack attack???? As long as it’s organic sugar in the raw??
That was one of my Gramma’s favorites!! HAHAHAHA
