A few more pictures from some work on the new chicken tractor that will house the white leghorn birds.
They screwed a top pole in to help stabilize the tractor a bit more.
And they put screws in the base.
While waiting on his next gopher job of running back to the shed to fetch additional tools they needed….the 6 year old practices using a tool to drill a hole in wood. He’s still learning what the different tools are called, yesterday he told me that one of the other kids took the jack hammer away. Which, for the record, we don’t have a jack hammer and don’t worry if you don’t have one either — they aren’t needed to build a chicken tractor!
