They were super tasty! 1.25 cups all-purpose flour 1.25 cups buttermilk (if batter is too thick, add a little more after mixed together) 1/4 cup sugar 1t. vanilla 1t. baking soda 1t baking powder 1 egg 1/4 cup oil Optional: 1T of brown sugar Your recipe sounds great!
