Outside Science Fun

Learning is a way of life.  Forget summer break.  I shot these pictures of them researching a large bug they found.  They just happen to carry science books with them just incase they need to look something up 😉

I like this picture mainly because of how clean his hands are.   He had been working but took a break to inspect the new finding.

I found them outside looking up the strange giant “attack” beetle.

Meanwhile, on this sultry summer day, the two soaking wet little boys are experimenting with the sprinkler and plastic cups.  They were laughing hysterically as they launched the plastic cups in the air and across the yard using the sprinkler.  This kept them quite entertained for an extended period of time.

That is a really cool picture of the bug and hilarious that you don’t find your kids out doing something like wrestleing in the grass but sitting there with a science book doing research. How very Hall-ish of them. ;o)
